I was specific in where I wanted to live, and we kept an eye out for a condo to open up. With a little luck on my side, a condo went for sale in my price range. With James’ proactiveness, quick action, and ability to negogiate, I was able to get my place that I wanted. And beyond that, since he was so well-rounded in the industry in Long Beach, he was able to have the selling agent accept my offer which wasn’t the higher offer.

Also he recommended a good loan officer that gave me an impressive deal according to my friends and family. Even my brother is trying to work through the same loan officer.
