Bluff Heights is a neighborhood within the larger area of Belmont Heights. While known for having historic single family homes there are a number of great condos in this area as well, you just have to stay aware of what’s possible to see which building could be right for you.
Broadway is a street in Long Beach that can allow you to save some of the traffic associated with Ocean Blvd and quickly get from Belmont Shore to Downtown. It also is home to a great restaurants, local businesses, and prime residential real estate.

- Laundry – These condos provide you the ability to have a stackable laundry unit (gas & electric) and the closet area that it can be placed in provides you the opportunity for additional storage as well for your own private laundry area.
- Parking – The condos that have sold here have featured 2 tandem parking spots to go along with the 2 bedroom condos. We have also seen 1 condo that featured a private garage spot in addition to the tandem parking spots. Always check your HOA and Title documents to ensure that your specific unit does have parking spaces assigned.
- Balcony – While the balconies aren’t as exaggerated in size when compared to some of the condos built in this neighborhood from the 1960’s you will find them long in size and are accessed via a sliding glass door. We have seen BBQ’s on balconies but we do recommend verifying with the most up to date HOA documents to validate if BBQ’s are allowed.
When you initially look at a square footage of ~800 sq ft you might not think it would be big enough to functionally have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (we have generally we have seen 1 full bathroom and a ¾ bathroom); however, at Belmont Heights on Broadway you will find the floor plans have been well designed. When you enter your condo you will be greeted with an open floor plan that exposes the kitchen to the living room. This layout provides a welcome experience uses the square footage effectively. With a fireplace located in the corner of the living room many of the owners have then mounted a TV above that fireplace allowing you to enjoy a cozy fire, a great game, or both on any given day. Each of the bedrooms provides an attached bathroom giving you the touch choice of which one to call your master bedroom.
