- Courtyard Lofts: The Courtyard Lofts represent a wonderful project of creating creative spaces in an urban environment. With a location on Pine Avenue it is in the heart of Downtown Long Beach and the vision that Jon brought to this project allowed the creation of 16 lofts, completed in 2005 ranging in size from nearly 800 sq ft to over 1,400 sq ft.
