There is nothing quite like living near the ocean. From the cool breeze to the sand in your toes. Add on a view of the Queen Mary and you have the Queens Surf Condo building.
Queens Surf is located at 1750 Ocean Blvd in Long Beach. This building is located outside of downtown and has direct access to the ocean. It is nestled between several apartment buildings and just down the street from Ocean Club at 1900 E Ocean.
It was built in 1975. This is one of the Long Beach condo buildings that is neither historic, those built in the 1920’s boom, or part of the condo towers that were built in the late 1990’s as part of one of the real estate boom in the 1990’s in Long Beach, CA.
Even though the building was built in 1975 many of these units feature modern amenities such as granite kitchen countertops, central heat and AC, stainless appliances, tile floors, and balconies that provide views of the ocean or city depending on the building location.
This building is made up of 16 floors. At 16 floors this condo building is impressive. It doesn’t have the height of some of the other taller towers in Long Beach such as the Pacific or the Villa Riviera and yet still has 194 units available for residents. In some of our research we have found a total of 193 units when looking at the unit configuration. Because our research has led us to 194 units in total this is the number we will use going forward.
