The Euclid Association occupies a prime location just north of 7th St and one that is nearly equidistant from nice park like areas of Recreation Park and Rose Park. One of the great aspects of this particular location is you are far enough away to minimize street noise yet close enough to get anywhere in Long Beach being close to both Redondo Ave and 7th St. As you evaluate locations one item to consider is that this condo development is directly across the street from a school, Jefferson Academy. This means that on school days it certainly can get a bit more impacted on the street.

- Pets – When you have furry friends condo shopping can prove to be a challenge, but not here. The HOA does allow for pets, please check the HOA documents for specific pet requirements.
- Parking – The parking here is listed as garage parking and can vary between 1 and 2 spots depending on the particular unit. Always check your HOA and Title documents to ensure that your specific unit does have parking spaces assigned.
- Balcony – You will have the opportunity to enjoy a bit of the outdoors as there is a balcony for each condo.
