As you look through your Long Beach condo opportunities in the Eastside area of Long Beach one neighborhood you will likely drive through is the Zaferia district. You might first get exposed to the Zaferia district as you drive on Redondo Ave as you could see banners on the light posts letting you know you have arrived in this unique district that is bounded by PCH to the North and 10th St to the South. On the 3rd floor (top floor) condos here you can have the added benefit of vaulted ceilings. This feature really allows for the floor plans to feel even more open so keep your eye out for any units in the #300 range. The floor plans are well designed regardless of which floor you are able to enjoy. The condos are designed with a true master suite, meaning one bedroom has an attached bathroom and then you have an additional bedroom and bathroom for an office or guests as you see fit.
Consider a few other aspects of the Spaulding Vista condo development to evaluate as follows:
