As you travel along 2nd St from Naples you will be greeted with a sign that welcomes you to Belmont Shore. 2nd St is certainly one of the more popular coastal streets in Long Beach known for a wonderful variety of shops and restaurants and popular events like Stroll and Savor and the annual Christmas Parade. The area commonly referred to as “Belmont Shore” is actually two neighborhoods: Belmont Park is to the North of 2nd St and Belmont Shore is to the South. This wonderful location is primarily known for having stunning bungalow homes, quaint duplex and apartment complexes but condo complexes are in short supply.
